TCB's Growth Cycle
The Communication Bridge is built on the foundation of a growth cycle. There is no perfection, only striving for continued growth through observation, reflection and guidance.
Observe: So much can be discovered when we stand still for a moment. There is extreme value in taking time to observe, not in order to critique, but to make room for positive growth. The first step of this practice is gathering information and observing the baseline, without judgement, to guide our work together.
Reflect: This is a time of collaborative dialogue to share successes and room for growth. Sharing reflections with you on what's been observed, from the big picture to the fine details, can give insight into the everyday that is sometimes hard to see when you're deep in the trenches.
Guide: When it's time to implement solutions and strategies, The Communication Bridge will be there to guide you through the plan. This might come in the form of modeling language or actions, role playing to practice new skills, in the moment coaching, and/or step by step guides.
And the growth cycle begins again
